The MusucBag (or Musuc bag) isn’t just any old sleeping bag. Ever since first stumbling across them I’ve wanted to try one out, and finally I got the chance to take one for a spin. Whether hitting the festivals, camping in the woods, relaxing in front of the TV or simply saving on heating bills, instead of being bound like a hostage in a tradition sleeping bag, the Musuc bag lets you move freely allowing you to eat, read, run, walk, sleep and pretty much anything else you can think of, in complete comfort.
Getting into the bag is a doddle, the front zips completely down so you can climb straight in. Once in, the drawstring on the hood lets you cover yourself almost entirely from head to foot for ultimate warmth. The bag is insulated with a Polyester Hollow Fibre Bonded filling and a new soft- touch nylon making it lightweight but also warm enough to brave temperatures as low as -13°C. The flexible material allows you to easily walk around and hard plastic soles on the feet prevent too much damage to the nylon outer (though we’d recommend a nice pair of large wellies for roaming forest floors!). If you do get too warm however, simply open the two ventilation flaps inviting in a cool breeze.
The bag isn’t just for keeping warm though. All bags are completely outfitted with heavily padded MP3 pockets so you can listen to all your favourite tunes while camping beneath the night sky, and at the same time keep your favourite gadgets safe. Not only can you listen to your music, but you can bust a few moves thanks to the bag having arms and legs. Reversible zips on the arms let your hands free to text, read, play games or flip burgers on the BBQ.
Choosing your Size
Before buying a Musucbag, make sure you choose the right size. It is important to order a size that is taller than you are, as having one too small can make the bag extremely tight and restraining when trying to sleep. If you are borderline between two sizes always go for the larger size as it will give you much more comfort when sleeping or lounging around.
